We are a Ukrainian company. We design, build and support our product from Ukraine, and we are proud of where we come from. Building a modern technology product through difficult times has taught us to be resilient, resourceful and honest about what matters — and that mindset goes into everything we ship.

Why we build this

Restaurants run on hospitality, but their teams are stretched thin: questions about the menu, allergens, opening hours, delivery and bookings never stop, and they arrive at every hour of the day. We started waiter24.ai with one goal — to take that weight off our customers' shoulders so they can focus on great food and real, in-person hospitality.

Our product exists to help our clients succeed. When a restaurant answers a guest instantly at 2 a.m., turns a question into an order, or fills a quiet evening with bookings, that is the whole point of what we do.
