• Ask the panel assistant about your numbers in plain words — "what sold worst on Tuesday?", "compare September with August", "when do we get the most orders?". It answers from your own orders, read-only: cancelled orders are not counted, days and hours are your venue's local time, dishes that sold nothing are included, and every answer ends with a short "How counted" line. Pro plan.
• AI texts: a reply to a guest review from Google Maps, TripAdvisor or Facebook in two variants and in the review's own language, and posts about a dish, a promo code or a promotion for Instagram/Facebook, a Telegram channel, stories or SMS — in up to four languages at once. Prices, discounts and dates are taken from your menu and promo codes, and any figure the AI could not find there is highlighted before you publish. From the Feedback list, "Reply with AI" opens the form with the guest's comment already filled in.
• AI visibility: publish your venue in the structured form Google Rich Results and the AI crawlers read — either as a code block you paste into your own site, or as a ready public page on waiter24.ai that keeps itself up to date. Off until you turn it on.
• Your own address for a guest's AI assistant (MCP): switch it on and Claude, ChatGPT or an agent can read your menu with prices and allergens, whether you are open, your offers and your delivery terms — always from what you entered, never invented.
• Letting an assistant order or ask for a table — two further switches, both off by default. The assistant prices the basket against your menu, reads that exact total to the guest and can only submit that figure; you can cap the largest order it may place, and the order reaches you exactly like one from your website.
• A usage panel under those switches: requests, tools used, which assistants connected and anything that failed, over the last 30 days.

July 2026

• Getting-started popup on first login and a pinned Quick start bar across the whole tenant panel, with exact per-platform menu-import steps and copyable widget/import keys.
• Quick Setup: the menu step now shows the precise plugin walkthrough for your platform plus the import credentials right on the step.
• Website style import: brand-color choice is now a popup that stays until you pick a swatch — and the swatches are shown in their real colors.
• Menu editor: the JSON actions (sample, import, export) are grouped into one dropdown; "AI: fill missing" sits next to the menu selector it applies to.
• Voice input (microphone) in the chat widget is now off by default — enable it in Widget Settings.
